用菜籽皮作培养料栽培巨大口蘑的研究

摘　　要：用菜籽皮作培养料进行了巨大口蘑的栽培对比试验。经对3种培养料所培育巨大口蘑的菌丝生长状况、鲜菇产量及营养成分的研究表明,菜籽皮和棉籽壳以1?1比例混合的培养料,比其他培养料提高鲜菇产量2.56倍,使鲜菇粗蛋白的含量提高了4.24%,亚油酸含量提高了5.82%。实验为菜籽皮的利用提供了一种新途径。Experiment of culturing Tricholoma giganteum by using rapeseed coat as culture matenal was cameo out. Through experiments on three kinds of culture materials, including the determination and analysis on hypha growing condition, yield of fresh mushroom and nutrient components, the experimental results showed that compared with other kinds of tested culture materials, the mixed material of rapeseed coat and cottonseed coat in 1 ： 1 could increase the yield of fresh mushroom by 2.56 times, and increase the content of crude protein and linoleic acid by 4. 24 % and 5.82 % respectively. According to the results of this experiment, culturing Tricholoma giganteum with rapeseed coat could be a new way for comprehensive utilization of rapeseed coat.
