摘 要:通过采用蒙特卡罗程序MCNP4B模拟计算出6种不同基质环境样品的探测效率,得出在体源形状、密度相同,能量范围从200-1500keV时,HPGeγ谱仪探测效率基本上不随样品成分而变化;并模拟计算出体源密度范围从0.4~1.8g/cm^3,能量范围从200-1500keV的探测效率。按照最小二乘法原理,用一个拟合公式来描述HPGeγ谱仪对体源的探测效率与能量和密度的关系,其复相关系数为0.999818,最大相对残差为1.20%。通过实验验证,得出此拟合公式的正确性。The article, by Monte Carlo program MCNP4B simulated calculating detection efficiencies of six various environmental samples, obtained that HPGe γ-spectrometer detection efficiency didn't have changed when the compositions of samples altered with the same shape of body source and the same density meanwhile the energy range from 200keV to 1500keV; and simulated calculating the body source detection efficiency with density range from 0. 4g/cm^3 to 1. 8g/cm^3 and energy range from 200keV to 1500keV. According to least square theory, a fit formula has been used to describe the relationship of the HPGe T-Spectrometer detection efficiency with energy and density, the multi-correlation coefficient was 0. 999818 and the maximal relative difference was 1. 20%. The experiment validated that the fit formula is correct.
