摘  要:设计了空间框体的压铸型结构,论述了模具工作原理,给出了压铸工艺参数。框体上圆球的型腔由两外斜滑块形成,以工件对称面作为两外斜滑块的对分面,外斜滑块还兼起推出铸件的作用。由于铸件需要三向抽芯,为保证抽芯力的对称平衡,同时为提高生产率,采用一型两件的模具结构。实践证明,模具工作可靠,生产效率高,成形工件精度满足要求。the die casting die structure of the dimensional pane has been designed, the mould operational principle has been discussed, and the die casting technology parameter has been given. This mould uses two outer inclined sliding block to form the ball cavity, uses the symmetrial surface of the workpiece as the bisection surface of the two outer inclined sliding block, and this outer inclined sliding block can eject the casting. Because the casting needs three direction core pulling, in order to keep the core pulling force symmetrical and balancable, simultaniously to improve the efficiency, the one-mould-two-workpiece structure is adopted. It is testified that the mould works reliably, the productive efficiency is high and the casting precision meets the request.
