摘　　要：根据多年生产现场实践,分析了球墨铸铁无冒口铸造工艺在生产中的局限性,从铸造工艺、熔化、浇注等方面分析了球墨铸铁缩松缺陷产生的原因,并提出防止办法。企业的质量管理水平对铸件缺陷的产生也有重要影响。Author analysised the limitations for non-riser foundry process with ductile cast iron in produce, analysised the reasons for causing porosity defects of ductile cast iron from foundry techniques, melting and pouring and the method to prevent that, the level of manage corporation has great influence for casting defect.
