卷烟企业调入烟叶的等级质量分析

摘　　要：依据2005年度全国烟叶工商交接等级质量监督检查资料对卷烟工业企业调入的烟叶等级质量进行了分析。结果表明:全国卷烟工业企业调入的烟叶总体等级合格率为63.4%,其中51.4%的企业调入烟叶的平均等级合格率达到65%以上。调拨量大、价格较高的烟叶等级合格率相对较低,中部烟叶等级合格率显著低于上部和下部烟叶。等级质量方面的主要问题是普遍存在混低(混入低于原等级的烟叶)现象,不仅存在部位相混、大等级相混,而且也有颜色间相互混杂现象。The grading quality of tobacco leaves received by cigarette enterprises was analyzed with the data from national supervision of tobacco leaf grading quality at the link of industry/commerce hand-over in 2005. The results indicated that, nationally, the total qualified rate of grading of the received tobacco was 63.4%, over 65 % of the tobacco received by 51.4% of the enterprises were recognized as qualified in grading. Concerning the grade of received tobacco, the qualified rate was relatively lower for the tobacco which was higher in price or was received as one lot in large quantities, the qualified rate of middle leaves was obviously lower than that of upper or lower leaves. The main problems in leaf grading were the adulteration with leaves of lower grade resulting in a mix up in stalk positions, grades, and colors.
