摘  要:目的:克隆兔肝辅酶Ⅱ依赖性视黄醇氧化还原酶(NRDR)的全长cDNA,并分析其特征。方法:根据GenBank中已发表的NRDR的cDNA部分序列信息,运用cDNA末端快速扩增技术得到全长cDNA,然后利用生物信息学的方法对其进行分析。结果:得到NRDR全长cDNA序列,并提交到GenBank。分析发现该cDNA具有短链脱氢酶(SDR)家族的保守模序,而且在5′端同一个读码框架内有2个起始密码子。结论:新克隆的NRDR全长序列在GenBank编号为DQ229110,NRDR蛋白属于SDR家族。Objective: To obtain and analysis the full-length cDNA of the NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/ reductase(NRDR)in rabbit liver. Methods: According to the partial sequences deposited in GenBank, the full-length cDNA was obtained using the techniques named rapid amplification of cDNA ends, and then, the sequence was analyzed bioinformatically. Results: The sequence was obtained and submitted to GenBank. The NRDR featured two conserved motifs of short chain dehydrogenase(SDR)family and possessed two initiation sites in the same reading frame. Conclusion: the accession number of NRDR Nil-length cDNA in GenBank is DQ229110, and the NRDR protein belongs to the SDR family.
