摘　　要：针对城市污水热能的应用,评述城市污水的热能特征及其应用特点,包括水温的稳定性、水量的变化规律与应用的技术关键.综述国内外的应用发展状况,关键设备、抗腐材质的研究进展,分析应用工艺及研究现状存在的缺陷.探讨污水源热泵的发展趋势与研究方向,以期得到可靠应用.The application and studies of urban wastewater as a cool and heat source are the foreland of HVAC. This paper specifies the thermal characteristic and application peculiarities, such as the stabilization of wastewater temperature, the variability of wastewater flux, and difficult problems about applied technologies; sums up the application methods, system forms, advantages and disadvantages about sewage cool and heat source; summarizes the applications actualities, course, technics and operation about the key equipments, studies on antisepsis; points out the study direction and contents in the future through the developing status.
