摘 要:根据五辊矫直机的功用,讨论了辊缝设定原则,运用弹塑性弯曲理论建立了力学模型,得出了辊缝设定简明计算式;讨论了当厚度、材质变化时带钢的矫直质量对辊缝误差的敏感性及辊缝设定所需的精度级别;其计算结果与实际值相比较误差很小。研究结果表明,出口辊缝可在一定区间取值且取小值对矫直更为有利;带材厚度比材质对辊缝误差更加敏感,带材厚则辊缝精度级别高;当带材厚度≥10.5 mm时,辊缝精度级别为0.05 mm。On the basis of operation of 5-roller straightener, the principle of intermesh calculation is discussed. With elastoplastic bending theory, a math model was established. The effect of intermesh on quality of product is discussed. The difference between calculated and measured intermesh is quite small. The results show that the last intermesh should be within a certain range, and the intermesh is more sensitive to strip thickness than the steel properties, the thicker strip the higher intermesh precision is required, the intermesh tolerance should be less than 0.05 mm if the strip thickness is ≥ 10.5 mm.
