摘 要:采用不同的生产工艺制度,对E42船板钢在工业试制生产中所产生的-40℃纵向冲击功波动较大的现象进行了研究。研究表明,在采用两阶段轧制时,由于中间坯的厚度较大,从而对未再结晶区的变形温度产生影响,易于产生在部分再结晶区轧制的现象,使钢板中出现混晶现象,从而造成钢板低温冲击值较低。在轧后快冷中,冷却制度采用不当,会产生粒状贝氏体组织,也影响了钢板的低温冲击功。The strong instability of -40℃ longitudinal impact strength of E42 shipbuilding steel observed in trial production was studied by using different processes. The results show that for two-phase rolling, the structure with mixed crystals is formed in product due to rolling in partially recrystallized zone caused by the effect of rolling piece thickness increment on deformation temperature of non-recrystallized zone, and as the result, the low temperature impact strength of product is reduced. On the other hand, the granular bainite is formed during cooling at improper rate after rolling, making low temperature impact strength lower, too.
