小汽车发展对温州城市交通的影响及对策

摘　　要：随着温州市人均GDP的增长,国家政策的扶持和城市空间的拓展,小汽车在温州得到了快速的发展,温州市每百户小汽车的拥有量在国内处于领先水平。小汽车的迅猛发展对温州的城市交通造成了严重影响。应加快建设快速轨道交通的可行性研究,大力发展常规公共交通,合理规划和建设停车设施,合理引导小汽车的使用。Due to the increase of per capita GDP, the support of government policies and the space expansion of the urban areas, the percentage of private cars per 100 urban households in Wenzhou city is ranking top in China. The rapid growth of private cars has caused the severe impact on the urban transportation of Wenzhou. We therefore, should make a feasibility study on the construction of rapid rail traffic system in Wenzhou, expanding the regular public transportation, making proper plans, building parking facilities and giving a good guide of the use of private cars.
