摘　　要：阐述了德国西门子公司3WL可通讯智能断路器的特性和应用,介绍了它的参数初始化、组态、诊断、测试、维护功能、远程控制等特性及功能模块,并结合青海碱业9×105t/a纯碱项目中的通讯网络、相关协议,应用3WL可通讯智能断路器进行设计,实现完成合闸的远程控制.This article outlines the intelligent circuit breaker, 3WL produced by Germany Siemens in the practical application. The article introduces the breaker＇ s parameter initialization, configuration, diagnosis, test, maintenance function and remote control module. Combined with Qinghai Alkali Industry 900,000 tons/a Project＇ s communication network, related protocol, the design is carried on using 3WL intelligence circuit breaker, so the remote control which switches on long - distance is completed.
