摘　　要：当前,加强社会主义政治文明建设,从基本原理上体现了社会主义的本质要求;从系统论角度适应了三大文明的协调发展;从组织建设上成为立党建党之根本。政治文明理论的提出符合马克思主义理论发展逻辑和社会主义实践,是马克思主义中国化的重要表现形式之一。对政治文明理论提出的背景、建设的新思路、方法和途径诸问题进行拓展性研究很有必要。In current days, strengthening the construction of socialistic political civilization represents socialistic necessary requirements from the view of fundamental principles. It is a need of the three great civilizations ＇ harmonious development from the view of system theory, and the origin of the Party building based on organization and construction as well. The proposing of the theory of Political Civilization accords with the development logic of Marxism and the practice of Socialism, as well as a significant result of China-style Marxism. It is necessary that we should do a further study of the background, new ideas, new methods, and new ways for construction of Socialistic Political Civilization.
