达爽、波依定、双氢氯噻嗪联合治疗原发性高血压58例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察达爽（盐酸咪达普利 天津田边制药厂）联合波依定（非洛地平缓释片）、双氢氯噻嗪治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ级原发性高血压患者的疗效。方法 原发性Ⅱ～Ⅲ级高血压患者58例为观察组，口服达爽5～10mg／d，波依定1片／d，双氢氯噻嗪12．5～25mg／d。再选Ⅱ～Ⅲ级原发性高血压患者58例为对照组，口服波依定1片／d。疗程均为8周。结果 治疗组比对照治疗Ⅱ～Ⅲ级原发性高血压患者的显效率明显提高，两组相比有显著差异，P〈0．01。结论 达爽联合波依定、双氢氯噻嗪治疗原发性Ⅱ～Ⅲ级高血压较波依定治疗原发性Ⅱ～Ⅲ级高血压疗效显著。Objective：The purpose observation is observe the treatmenteresuh of Tanatril（ Tiabian medical product faotory in Tianjin）and hydroclorthiazide comebine Boyiding（felodipine） to primary hydrochlorthiazide of Ⅱ-Ⅲ class. Method primary hypertension of Ⅱ-Ⅲ class sufferer in order to observe the set,the examples take Tanatril 5 - 10mg/day,felodipine on tablet a day,hydrochlorthiazide 12.5 - 25 mg/day, choose again the Ⅱ-Ⅲ class primary Ⅱ-Ⅲ class hypertension sufferer example for matched control,take felodipine one tablet a day. Persis 8 weeks. Result treatment the set compare matched control treatment the Ⅱ-Ⅲ class primary hypertension sufferershows the efficience obvious exaltation.. ,two sets compare show obvious differeree ,P 〈 0. 01. Treatment result is great that Tanatril andfelobdpine combine with hydrochlorthiazide tor treat Ⅱ-Ⅲ class primary hypertension compare to felodipine to treatⅡ-Ⅲ class primary hypertension.
