摘　　要：女童乳房早发育的病因不清,目前认为与多因素有关,肾上腺皮质功能早现、下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴功能不稳定、胰岛素样生长因子、遗传因素、环境激素与营养等均可能是女童乳房早发育的危险因子。At present,the etiological factors of premature thelarche （PT） of girls is not clear. It is considered that premature thelarche is related to many factors in which premature adrenarche, unstability of hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis, insulin-like growth factor, genetic factors, environmental hormone and nutrition are its risk factors.
