摘　　要：水资源短缺是制约西北地区经济发展的首要制约因素。通过分析西北地区的水资源量,以及水资源开发利用现状,指出目前该区水资源开发利用中存在的主要问题,分析探讨了水危机存在的根源,提出了缓解水资源短缺的调控途径。Water resources shortage is a major restricted factor for economy development of the Northwest regions in China. The main problems of water resources utilization are pointed out by analyzing the water resources and utilization status. The roots of the water crisis in Northwest regions are analyzed, and regulating approachs to alleviate water shortage are put forward.
