新疆森林生态系统服务功能经济价值估算

摘　　要：本文在我国大量生态学系统服务功能研究的基础上,对新疆森林生态系统服务功能的内涵进行了描述,并利用市场价值法、费用代替法、影子工程法、替代工程法、机会成本法、生产成本法定量评价了新疆森林生态系统服务功能的直接经济价值和间接经济价值。结果表明,新疆森林生态系统服务功能总价值为1.1345×107万元,其中直接经济价值9.1763×105万元,间接经济价值1.0428×107万元,是直接经济价值的11.36倍。可见,新疆森林生态系统的经济价值主要体现在间接价值,即生命支持系统的价值上。This article deals with ecosystem service function on the basis of a large number of researches to describe the Xinjiang forest ecosystem intension of service function, and apply the law of market value, method of substitution of the expenses,proiect law of the shade,substitute the project law,law of cost of chance,direct value of appraising the direct and indirect value of forest ecosystem service function in- Xinjiang. The result shows that the forest ecosystem service function total value of the regional state of Xinjiang is 1. 1364 ×10^2 Yuan, direct value is 9. 1763 ×10^9 Yuan, indirect value is 1. 0428 ×10^11 Yuan （bring coniferous trees is 3.5758×10^10 Yuan,foliage forest bring is 6. 8518×10^10 Yuan ）,which is the 11.36 times of economic worth. It is obvious that the economic worth of the forest ecosystem of Xinjiang reflects in indirect value mainly, namely the life supports systematic value.
