摘　　要：分析了青岛市在信息化过程中存在的主要问题,阐述了青岛市在物流公共信息平台的建设方面已经具备的各种有利条件,从而规划了青岛市在建设物流公共信息平台的目标,并提出了为顺利完成该目标的对策。The paPer analyzes the main problems existing in the informization process of Qingdao City, describes the advantages that Qingdao has in the construction of logistics public information platform, programs its objects and gives out the countermeasures on how to fulfiil the objects.
