摘  要:用对峙培养法从小麦根际中获得8株对小麦全蚀病有拮抗作用的菌株。这几株菌株对西瓜枯萎病、黄瓜枯萎病及棉花枯萎病也均具有拮抗作用。经培养性状、生理生化反应测定认为属于芽孢杆菌(Bacillus)。并对其中6株进行了分子鉴定,与枯草芽孢杆菌同源性达99%,可以认定是枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subti-lis)。Eight antagonistic bacteria which showed suppress to take - all pathogen ( Gaeumannomyces graminis) were isolated form wheat rhizosphere soil. And all of these bacteria obviously inhibited 4 soil - borne disease pathogens ( Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum,F, oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum, F. oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum) in laboratory. They were identified as Bacillus by its cultural morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics. Six of these strains were identified as Bacillus subtilis based on 16SrDNA sequence, which shared 99% homologies with published sequence form GenBank.
