变频调速在电厂中继泵异步电动机中的应用

摘　　要：通过分析电厂中继泵在运行中存在的主要问题,对中继泵鼠笼式异步电动机采用变频调速装置,不仅可以减小电动机的起动电流和起动次数,避免频繁起动烧毁电机、开关的情况发生,而且可以用调速来控制流量,降低轴功率,达到显著节能的目的。By analyzing the main problems of the operation of relay pumps in the power plant, the squialcage asynchronous motor to drive the pump is equipped with the frequency-convertor, which can not only decrease the starting current and times number but also avoid frequently starting and eliminate the burning of motors and switches. Besides the advantages described as above, the speed regulation by the frequency-convertor results in the volume-controllable and less power consumed, so as to reach the goal of energy saving.
