摘　　要：介绍了以SolidW orks为开发平台,以VB为面向对象的编程技术,针对半轴齿轮模具中存在大量的类标准零部件这一特点,建立了三维半轴齿轮模具的标准零件库。可在半轴齿轮模具设计过程中,调用知识库中的知识和数据库中的数据进行推理,实现半轴齿轮模具系统的智能化;并设计了一个简洁、直观、操作简单的半轴齿轮模具专用界面。In view of the characteristics of the Axle shaft gear die that there existing a lot of standard parts and typical structures in the die, a 3D standard - part database for the Axle shaft gear die was built on the platform of SolidWorks by using the VB object - oriented programming technology. When designing Axle shaft gear die with this system, users can reason by transferring data of knowledge database. A laconic, simple interface for injection mold was designed in order to make this system more acceptable.
