摘 要:用聚乙二醇改性沸石填充聚丙烯制备出复合材料。研究了复合材料的冲击强度和拉伸强度的变化,用扫描电镜考察了复合材料的微观形态。结果表明,用沸石改性聚丙烯可以提高聚丙烯的冲击强度和拉伸强度;采用适量的聚乙二醇对沸石进行有机化处理,可以改善沸石在聚丙烯基体中的分散性,且对力学性能有促进作用。PP composite was prepared by filling PP with zeolite, in whic zeolite was modified by polyethylene glycol (PEG). The changes of the impact strength and tensile strength of the composite was studied, and the microstructure of the composite was also observed by means of SEM. The results showed the modification of PP by zeo- lite could greatly improve the impact strength and tensile strength of the composite ; and when the zeolite was modified with PEG, the dispersion of zeolite in PP was improved, being benefit to the improvement of the mechanical properties of the composite.
