摘 要:以Na4P2O7·10H2O,Na2WO4·2H2O和WO3为原料,用固相反应法合成了多种不同化学成分的磷钨杂多化合物(TPHC)。通过以所合成杂多化合物为催化剂进行了柴油氧化脱硫实验,并对杂多化合物的结构作了分析。结果表明所合成的磷钨杂多化合物具有不同的催化性能。通过分析发现磷钨杂多化合物的催化性能与端氧Od的活性有关,Od活性越高,其得失电子能力越大,相应的磷钨杂多化合物催化性能越好。The SOx coming from sulphide in diesel after that was burnt out pollutes the environment seriously. As a new way to produce the low- sulfur diesel oxidative desulfurization is concerned by people widely. Meanwhile, because of the high activity and environment friendship, Heteropoly Compound was also researched widely in recent years In this paper, taking Na4PaO7·10H2O, NaaWO4 · 2H2O and WO3 as raw materials, a several Tungstophosphates of Heteropoly compounds (TPHC) having different chemical composition have been synthesized by solid phase reaction. Then taking them as catalyst, H2O2 as oxidizer, do a several of experiment about diesel oxidative desulfurization. And their structures have been characterized by XRD and FT- IR. The results show that the catalysis performance of TPHC relates to the activity of Od. If there is higher activity of Od, TPHC has more strong ability to get or lose electrons, and its catalystic performance to oxidative desulfurization is better.
