摘  要:目的通过对病理性瘢痕组织中c—fos和5-HT表达变化的研究,探讨其与病理性瘢痕痛痒和增生的关系。方法利用免疫组化方法检测病理性瘢痕和正常皮肤中c—fos和5-HT的表达情况。结果痛痒的病理性瘢痕组织中c—fos、5-HT的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织和非痛痒的瘢痕组织(F=19.86、17.61,q=5.43~8.84,P(0.01);非痛痒的瘢痕组织中c—fos的表达显著高于正常皮肤(q=3.41,P〈0.01),而5-HT表达无明显差异(P〉0.05)。结论c-fos、5-HT表达增高可能导致病理性瘢痕临床痛痒症状的发生,c—fos表达增高可能与病理性瘢痕的形成、发展有关。Objective To study the expression of two mediums, i.e. c-los and 5-HT, in abnormal scars and their relationship with hyperplasia, itch and pain. Methods The immunohistochemistry method was applied to study expressions of c-fos and 5- hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in pathologic scars and normal skin. Resglts In the itching or painful scars, c-fos and 5-HT expressions were all significantly higher than those in non-itching or painful scars and normal skin (F= 19.86,17.61;q= 5.43- 8. 84; P〈0.01); the expression of c-fos in non-itching or painful scars was higher than that with normal skin (q= 3.41, P〈 0.01), while 5-HT expression was of no difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion The high expressions of c-fos and 5-HT may induce itching and painful symptoms of abnormal scars, and c-fos may contribute to the formation of the abnormal scars.
