摘  要:目的初步了解纳米抗菌材料对小鼠骨髓细胞微核发生率的影响。方法将30只昆明纯系小鼠随机分为两组,实验组20只,口腔喂入10 g/L纳米抗菌材料0.1 mL,每天1次,连续4 d;对照组10只,不喂纳米抗菌材料。分别在实验第25天和第93天分两批处死小鼠,制备股骨骨髓涂片,显微镜下观察小鼠骨髓细胞微核发生情况,计算微核发生率。结果用药后第25、93天实验组小鼠骨髓细胞微核发生率较对照组明显增高,差异有显著性(t=3.20,P<0.01)。结论纳米抗菌材料会对机体产生遗传毒性作用。Objective To initially understand the genetic toxicity of rare earth nano materials on micronucleus occurrence in mice. Methods This study enrolled 30 Kunming mice which were randomly divided into two groups. The 20 in the experimental group were fed with0.1 mL of 10 g/L rare earth nano material solution orally every day for four days. The 10 in the control group were not fed with nano material solution. Half of the mice were killed on day 25 and another half on day 93. Femoral bone marrow slides were prepared. The micronucleus occurrence of bone marrow cells was observed under a microscope and calculated. Results On day 25 and 93, the micronucleus occurrence of bone marrow cells was obviously higher than that of the control group (t=3.20,P〈0.01). Conclusion The anti-bacterial nano material can produce genetic toxicity effect on organisms.
