硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯固相萃取光度法测定环境样品中的锌

摘　　要：研究了新试剂硝基苯并噻唑重氮氨基偶氮苯(NBTDAA)与锌的显色反应。在pH=10的硼砂-氢氧化钠缓冲介质中,在TritonX-100存在下,NBTDAA与锌反应生成2∶1稳定络合物,体系最大吸收波长λmax=528nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=1.34×105L/(mo.lcm)。环境样品中的锌用强阴离子交换树脂固相萃取柱固相萃取预分离和富集后,采用光度法测定,结果令人满意。The colour reaction of nitrobenzothiazolyldiazoaminoazobenzene （NBTDAA） with zinc （ Ⅱ ） was studied. In a medium of pH = 10 buffer solution of borax and sodium hydroxide with presence of Triton X - 100, NBTDAA can react with zinc （ Ⅱ ） to form a stable 2：1 complex （ NBTDAA： Zn（ Ⅱ ） ）, where the maximum absorption wavelength is 528nm and the molar absorption factor is 1.34× 10^5 L/（ mol· cm）. The zinc ion in samples can be separated and enriched by solid phase extraction with anion exchange resin, then this method was applied to determine the zinc and satisfactory results were achieved.
