摘 要:分析了以NURBS为代表的参数曲线表达方式在数控加工应用中的不足,借鉴了生物基于基因控制的生长模式,提出了基于规则控制的平面曲线描述方法,即以步长和转角来描述曲线。针对平面曲线的几种描述方式,给出了相应的提取曲线生长规则的方法,给出了平面曲线的自生长造型实例。并通过设计规则来设计新的曲线,最后将自生长造型应用于数控加工中。This paper analyzes the limitations of the parametric curve expressions represented by NURBS curves in the application to NC machining. It draws on the model that organisms grow on the basis of gene control. A plane curve description method based on the control by rules is presented. It describes a curve by using step-length and outer comers. The methods used to extract rules for curve growth in allusion to several kinds of plane curve description methods have been put forward. The instances of self-growth modeling of plane curves are provided. New curves are designed through design rules. Finally the self-growth modeling was applied to NC machining.
