摘 要:目前对于多自由度隔振系统的理论研究,隔振器布局方式多为四点支撑的对称结构。而对非对称支撑形式的隔振系统,其固有特性、耦合特性等性能难以进行精确计算。本文针对某弹载结构的三点支撑式隔振系统,应用有限元方法建立了分析模型,并通过模态分析,设计了一种各向同性的小型橡胶隔振器。试验数据表明,有限元模型准确。本文设计的隔振器满足设计方提出的参数要求。此种方法可以推广到其它支撑形式的隔振系统分析中。At present for a vibration isolation system with mutiple degrees of freedom, most of its distribution methods are symmetrical structures supported by four dampers. But for nonsymmetrieal structures, it is difficult to do precise calculation of their natural characteristics and coupling. This paper applied the finite element method and established an analysis model for the vibration isolation system supported by three dampers. A small rubber damper with property isotropy was designed through modal a- nalysis. Experimental data indicate that the FE model is precise. Thc damper designed in the paper satisfies designers' parameter requirements. The design method can be extended to the vibration isolation systems of other forms of support.
