摘　　要：广播电视行业经过几十年的发展,积累下许多珍贵的多媒体资料,如何充分利用这些资源,一直是广电行业所关注的重点.随着各级电视台非编网络的相继建成与完善,提出了媒体资产管理这一新概念和技术领域,它是对媒体资产进行其寿命期内全面管理的总体解决方案。由于媒体资产管理在构成、特点、需求等方面与常规产业资产管理有较大区别,本文特针对目前绝大多数中小电视台实际情况,研究并提出媒体资产管理的解决方案。There are lots of precious Multimedia data from the several decades＇ development of Broadcasting Fields. How to efficiently utilize these assets becomes the vital problem in Broadcasting Industry. With the construction of non-linear-editing system in every TV-station, the concept of Multimedia Assert Manage （MAM） is raised. It is a managing solution for whole life of Multimedia assets. Because of its differences to the common assert manage in architecture characteristics and demands, a new MAM solution which is designed for Small and Middle TV-stations is researched and Applied in this paper.
