摘　　要：在短信增值服务领域内,存在ISMG网关协议多样、应用面广、内容丰富、合作模式复杂的问题,本文提供一个能够有效管理网关接入、应用和内容的短信息管理平台设计方案和关键模块的实现。In the communication value-added area, protocol, wide application areas, various applications management platform that can make the management there some problems that prevent the development, such as multiplicity of ISMG contents, and complex cooperation patterns.Therefore, it＂ s important to have a of the network gateway communication and applications and contents easier and effective. That＂ s provided in this essay.
