摘　　要：本文首先介绍了短消息服务的概念及现状,进而引出了一个基于Internet短消息平台的设计和开发,其中详细介绍了短消息平台的网络结构、消息流程及消息的分发,以及从多线程的角度阐述了关键模块的设计。This article firstly introduces Message Platform Based on Internet is the concept and condition of the Short Message introduced subsequently, it introduces network Service, the design and development of Short structure of the Short Message Platform ,short message process,short message distribution and the design of the essential modules are explained from the Multiple thread＂ s angle.
