5种金属材料在乳化炸药生产中的腐蚀性研究

摘  要:针对乳化炸药生产工艺中常用的金属材料,采用失重法测定了灰口铸铁HT150、球磨铸铁QT450-10、20#碳钢、304不锈钢和316L不锈钢等5种金属材料在高温乳化炸药水相溶液中的腐蚀速率,并利用光学显微镜观察金属表面在腐蚀前后的形貌变化情况,从而评价其耐蚀性能。结果表明,5种金属材料在乳化炸药高温水相溶液中的耐蚀性能从好到差依次为316L,304,20#碳钢,HT150和QT450-10。HT150 grey cast iron, QT450-10 ductile cast iron, 20^# carbon steel, 304 stainless steel and 316L stainless steel are the metal materials commonly used in the production process of emulsion explosive. Weightless method was used to measure their erosion rate in the high temperature aqueous solution of emulsion explosive. The change in the conditions of the metal surface before and after the erosion was observed using optical microscope and evaluated. The results show that the anti-erosion performance of the above five metal materials, when in the high temperature aqueous solution of emulsion explosive, is in an order (from good to bad) of 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, 20^# carbon steel, HT150 grey cast iron and QT450-10 ductile cast iron.
