摘  要:采用叶面喷施锌硼微肥的方法,研究了微量元素锌硼对甘蓝产量与品质的影响。结果表明,喷施锌硼微肥对甘蓝有明显的增产和改善品质的作用。喷施锌硼可明显促进甘蓝植株对氮、磷的吸收,而抑制对钾的吸收;不论是单独喷施还是混合喷施,锌硼都能明显提高甘蓝Vc含量、可溶性糖含量,喷施锌硼微肥对甘蓝的总酸度影响并不明显。This experiments in the effects of foliar application of Zinc and Boron mlcroelements fertilizers on cabbage was conducted. Results indicated that foliar applicatlons of Zn and B microelement fertilizers could obviously increase yield and improve quality of cabbage.The effect of the combined application of Zn and B (Zn0.25 +B3.50) on cabbage was the best.lts productlon-increasing ratio had reached to 32.2 %.It was clear the B fertihzation had better effect than the Zn fertilization in yield because the production-increasing ratio of B fertilization was 16.1% higher than Zn fertilization's.Spraying Zn and B could remarkably increase the total nitrogen of plant. The total phosphorus content of the plant was obviously increased because of application of Zn and B.In addition, Zn and B could remarkably inhibit the absorbtion of potassium. With respect to quality, no matter was alone spraying or co-spraying,they all enhanced remarkably the content of Vc and soluble sugar in cabhage.The ranges of Vc and soluble sugar varied between 3.5 %-23.5 % ,28.6 %-85,1% respectively,Meanwhile,there was insignificant difference in total acidity.So the quahty of cabbage could be enhanced obviously through spraying appropriate amount of Zn and B elements on leaf.
