摘　　要：进行强制侦查行为是一项重要的国家权力,事关公民基本权利的保护,对其有效约束乃法学界较为关注的事情。加快切合中国国情的司法审查机制的构建,对包括强制侦查行为在内的事关公民基本权利的侦查行为进行有效的规范,既是对公民基本权利予以切实保障的必由之路,也是侦查行为法制化的必由之路。Forced investigating behavior is an important power related to the protection of people＇s basic rights, how to standardize investigation power is the problem that people are regarding to. Deepening construction of judicial system including regularizing the forced investigation that may impact the people＇s basic rights is the way to perfect the law about investigating behavior as well as the only way to realize rule by law in criminal investigation.
