摘　　要：相邻建筑物在地基中产生的沉降总是相互影响,需要从新旧建筑物的强度、刚度、结构类型、地质情况、荷载大小等方面进行分析,从而提出对不同类型结构的处理方法。Foundation settlements of adjacent architecture are always interference and we should analyze them from the aspects of the intensity, stiffness, structure type, geology and load of new and old architecture so as to puts forward different treatment methods of different structure types.
