摘 要:针对凡口矿典型难采矿体存在装药结构复杂、操作困难、作业时间长、爆后顶板破碎、松石多、易给生产带来严重的安全隐患等问题,首次采用聚能管对采场顶板进行控制爆破,利用聚能管的定向聚能作用,减少顶板的损伤破坏。试验表明,聚能管能够有效控制顶板的爆破效果,减少松石量、钻孔数量及装药量,炸药的利用效率可提高至少30%,超欠挖小于50mm,炮孔痕率大于89%,炮孔数减少20%。同时,该技术也是首次应用于采场控顶爆破,丰富了爆破理论。Fankou ore body belongs to a typical deposit in terms of its difficulty in mining, and for this reason,the method of smooth blasting employed in mining exists the following problems like complicated charging structure, difficulty in operation, long operation time and the left broken roof with lots of loose rock which is apt to leave hidden troubles. The binding energy tube blasting was first employed to reach directional control blast of mining roof, with the energy-concentrating function of the binding energy tub to reduce the damage to the roof. Tests showed that the binding energy tub can effectively control the blast results of the roof, reduce the amount of loose-rock, drilling number and the charging amount, improve at least 30% efficiency of explosive blasting, and make over-break less than 50mm, the the leftover ratio of borehole over 89 %, and the reduction of borehole quantity by 20 %. The cumulative energy tube blasting was firstly applied to the directional controlling roof on workface,its application enriched the blasting theory.
