摘　　要：针对目前在建复合图书馆复合功能弱化的现象,结合复合图书馆面临的竞争环境,提出以Mintzberg的组织结构设计组合理论为指导建立一种崭新的组织结构框架,并分析了框架各组成部分的作用。In light of the weakness.of.compound.functions of the current hybrid libraries and the competitive environment confronted in the development of the hybrid libraries, a new organizational configuration of the hybrid library based on Mintzberg＇s theory on organizational configurations is put forward. Mso, the compound functions of each composition of the organizational configuration framework are discussed.
