摘　　要：从馆藏资源数字化、文献传递网络化、信息服务知识化、人才队伍专业化、组织管理规范化五个方面介绍了解放军医学图书馆信息化建设与发展过程,得出了几点经验和体会。The experiences of infonnationization development in the Medical Library of the Chinese PLA are stummed up five aspects such as digitization of collection resources, networked literature dissemination, information service based on knowledge, professionalized talent ranks, and standardized organization management.
