摘  要:目的:探讨双氢杨梅树皮素(Ampelopsin,APS)的抗肿瘤作用。方法:以MTT法观察APS及其含药血清体外对肝癌H22细胞及对小鼠肝癌H22实体瘤的抑瘤作用。结果:APS及其含药血清均能明显抑制体外培养的H22细胞的生长,APS的IC50为18.65μg/mL,20%、10%含药血清的抑瘤率分别为35.04%、30.91%;APS灌胃给药对荷瘤H22小鼠的肿瘤生长有明显的抑制作用,600mg/kg剂量组的抑瘤率为27.38%。结论:APS对体外H22细胞和体内肝癌H22实体瘤均有抑制作用。Objective :To investigate the anti- tumor effect of Ampelopsin(APS) in vitro and in vivo. Methods :Cytotoxitity effect of APS and APS serum on mouse hepatic cancer H22 in mice was observed. Results : APS could obviously inhibit the growth of cultured H22 cells, the IC50 (48 hours incubation) was 18.65μg/mL. APS serum could also inhibit the H22 cells, the inhibition rates were respectively 35.04%and 30.91% under the serum concentration of 20% and 10%. APS had significant antitumor activity on mice bearing H22. the inhibition rates was 27.38% in 600mg/kg - doses groups. Conclusion :APS can inhibit the growth of H22 in vitro and in vivo.
