艾灸百会和太冲穴对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸百会、太冲穴对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠血清细胞因子的影响及治疗抑郁症的机理。方法:将28只雄性w istar大鼠随机分为正常对照组、抑郁模型组、艾灸治疗组和阿米替林组,每组7只。采用放射免疫分析法测定大鼠血清白介素(IL)2、6和肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)的含量。结果:抑郁模型组动物血清中白介素2(IL-2)、白介素6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNFα)含量较正常组显著升高;艾灸治疗组和阿米替林组血清中IL-2、IL-6和TNFα含量显著下降,艾灸治疗组与阿米替林组组间比较无显著性差异。结论:艾灸通过下调升高的血清炎症细胞因子发挥治疗抑郁症的作用。Objective： In order to investigate the effects of moxibustion at points baihui and taichong on cytokine in the animal model of chronic stressed depression and the treating mechanism of depression with moxibustion. Methods.28 male wistar rats were randomlyallocated to four groups as follows ：control depression model moxibustion and amitriptyline. Thelevels of serum IL -2,IL - 6,and TNFα were observed by radioimmunoassay. Results ：Compared with control group,the serum IL -2 ,IL -6 ,and TNFα levels in depression model group increased significantly;The moxibustion and amitriptyline groups can decrease the serum IL- 2 ,IL- 6, and TNFα levels, which haven＇t significant differences, compared with control group. Conclusion ： Moxibustion treats depression with reducing the elevatory serum cytokine.
