摘  要:花叶病毒是危害大豆生产最重要的病害之一,培育抗病品种是防治花叶病毒病最经济而有效的方法。中国农科院育成品种中品95-5383对SMV3号株系表现高抗,构建杂交群体,遗传群体为来源于中品95-5383和IA2020的含有90个单株的F2分离群体,每个F2单株随机取30粒自交获得F2∶3家系。在苗期对F2∶3家系进行接种SMV3号株系,根据卡方检测,群体F2∶3接种鉴定比例为1∶2∶1,推测相应F2单株的基因型,分析其抗病遗传机理。接种鉴定结果表明,中品95-5383对SMV3的抗性受一对隐性基因控制。Mosaic vires is a serious disease of ,soybean in China, which is caused by the vires. It dramatically reduces soybean yield. So it is urgent to study the disease - resistant mechanism at the integral level and to improve disease resistance in soybean using conceive crossbreed population. It is a economical and effective way to breed vires - resistant variety. Analyzing the 95 - 5383, it' s disease - resistant mechanism. The F2 population came from the Zhongpin 95 - 5383 and IA2020 offspring, it includes 90 individual plant.The 30 grain soybean were taken from every F2 individual to get F2:3 ancestry, Using F2:3 ancestry after the intrusion SMV3 during the seedling, according to X2 test, the F2:3 population ratio is 1 : 2 : 1, conferring F2 individual genotype, The result indicated that 95 - 5383 carries one recessive gene that confesrs resistance to SMV3.
