摘　　要：用ＩＣＳ－Ⅱ型手动方式，采用速率比浊原理，检测ＡＴ－Ⅲ含量（试剂自配），是对进口仪器的开发利用，也是目前检测ＡＴ－Ⅲ最经济、最快速、最简易的方法。我们用本方法与火箭电泳法同时测３４例，结果高度相关ｒ＝０．９７。本法精密度试验，说明试剂稳定性极好，平均回收率为９６．７％，３０例健康人参考值为３０４±６２（ｘ±ｓ）。用本法测定８１例结果的ｍｇ／ｄＬ浓度和ＲＵ值做直线回归，ｒ＝０．９１，回归标准差ｓ＝１３．９，回归变异系数Ｓｂ＝７．８，Ｙ＝５４．４＋５．４Ｘ。本法快速、准确，用血标本及抗血清量极微，节约人力、物力，方便临床，是目前测ＡＴ－Ⅲ较理想的方法。Determination of AT-Ⅲ content by manual rapid model ICS-Ⅱ and speed rate heterometry principle is the development and utilization of import instruments, also a economic, rapid and convenient method.We tested 34 cases by the method and the rocket electrophoresis.The result showed that the two ways were highly relative ( r =0 98), the fineness assay of the method demonstrated that the stability of the reagent was excellent, the average recover rate was 96 7 per cent.The reference value of 30 healthy individuals was 304±62( ±s ).The concentration (mg/dl) and RU value of 86 cases determined by this method were analysed statistically with linear regression, we got r =0 99, regression standard deviation S=13 9, regression variation coefficient sb=7 8, y=54 4±5 4x.This way is rapid and precise, needs a little blood sample and anti serum, saves labour power and material resources, makes things convenient for the clinic, and also is an ideal method for testing AT-Ⅲ at present time.
