功能性外固定器与夹板治疗桡骨远端骨折临床比较

摘　　要：为观察功能性外固定器在治疗桡骨远端骨折中的疗效,将160例桡骨远端骨折患者随机分为两组,治疗组80例采用功能性外固定器固定,对照组采用普通夹板固定。统计结果分析显示两组在肿胀消失、再移位及是否需重新调整方面P<0.01,具有非常显著性差异,而最终疗效方面P<0.01,具有显著性差异。提示,功能性外固定器治疗桡骨远端骨折具有安全、稳定、有效、方便性,尤其在固定早期的功能练习及护理方面效果优于普通夹板组。In order to observe the therapeutic effect of functional external fixer(FEF) on distal radial fracture(DRF),160 cases of DRF were randomly divided into two groups(80 cases each): the treated and the control,which were treated by FEF fixation and by splints fixation,respectively.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups in swelling disappearance,re-displacement and the need for the second regulation (P < 0.01) and in the terminal therapeutic effect(P < 0.01),suggesting that FRF in the treatment of DRF has safety,stability,effectiveness,convenience and an advantage over the splints fixation in early functional exercises and nursing.
