摘  要:研究了己内酰胺在甲醇钠催化剂和异氰酸酯助催化剂的存在下,采用季铵盐改性累托石由阴离子开环原位聚合法制备MC尼龙/累托石复合材料的工艺,并讨论了各种反应条件的影响。结果表明,有机累托石改性MC尼龙复合材料的物理性能和力学性能优良,当加入的有机累托石质量分数为5%时,制品的收缩率下降,热变形温度提高27℃,制品具有填料分布均匀、外观光泽优良等优点;制品的冲击强度和拉伸强度都有所提高,其中拉伸强度提高4.9%,冲击强度提高56.8%。综合考虑添加5%的有机累托石改性MC尼龙的力学性能比较理想。The process of preparing MC nylon/rectorite composites by in-situ polymerization via anionic ring-opening path using rectorite modified with quaternary ammonium salts in the presence of CH3ONa catalyst and isocyanate co-catalyst was studied, and the effects of various reaction condition were discussed. The results showed that organic rectorite (OREC) reinforced MC nylon composite had good physical and mechanical properties. After being reinforced by 5 % of OREC , the shrinkage of MC nylon products was reduced , and their heat distortion temperature was increased by 27℃. The filler distributed uniformly in the composite and products prepared from the composite exhibited excellent outlook brightness. The tensile strength and impact toughness of composite products were 104.9% and 151.3% higher separately than those of common MC nylon products. MC nylon composite containing 5% of OREC had perfect mechanical properties.
