摘  要:目的:研究姜黄素类化合物诱导HeLa细胞凋亡及其构效关系。方法:MTT法、Hoechst染色法、DNA凝胶电泳法。结果:姜黄素类化合物可抑制HeLa细胞的生长,诱导HeLa细胞凋亡;琼脂糖凝胶电泳可见典型的DNA带状泳道。结论:姜黄素类化合物可明显地诱导HeLa细胞凋亡,且与其结构有密切关系。Objective: To study the HeLa cell apoptosis induced by curcumin-related compounds and the activity-structure relationship of this compound. Methods: MTT method, morphological observation, agarose gel electrophoresis were performed in this study. Results: Curcumin-related compounds inhibited the growth and induced the apoptosis of HeLa cells. Marked morphological changes, including condensed chromatin, nuclear fragmentation, apoptotic bodies, and DNA ladder in agarose gel, were observed. Conclusion: Curcumin-related compounds could inhibit the apoptosis of HeLa cells, which is correlated with its structure.
