摘　　要：论述了基于ISD1420和AT89C55的数字语音录放系统的设计方案,将其应用在智能地衡数据采集器中,成为能够实现人机对话功能的语音提示器,可以大大提高工作效率,为智能地衡数据采集器的推广使用提供了广阔的空间。This paper designs scheme of digital sound record-play system based on ISD1420 and AT89C55,which,if used in intelligent ground balance digital collector, will become sound prompting machine to realize function of man-machine dialogue.This will greatly enhance working efficiency and offer wide space for popularization of intelligent ground balance digital collector.
