摘　　要：主要研究了高温与ＣＯ的３种联合作用方式对大鼠肛温及脑、心、肝、脾和肾表达Ｈｓｐ６０基因的影响，对大鼠肛温的影响为：单纯高温与单纯ＣＯ分别使肛温升高和降低；联合作用中，先ＣＯ后高温的相继联合作用具有协同效应，而先高温后ＣＯ的相继联合作用和高温＋ＣＯ的同时联合作用则表现为拮抗效应，对Ｈｓｐ６０基因表达的影响为：（１）３种联合作用方式对５种脏器的效应都表现为拮抗效应；（２）３种联合作用方式对肝。hepresentpaperobservedtheefectsofthreecombinationsofhightemperature(HT)andCOontherectaltemperatureandtheexpressionofHsp60geneinbrain、heart、liver、spleenandkidneyofrat.Themaineffectsonratbodytemperatureareasfolows:(1)HTorCOsinglyraisesandlowersratrectaltemperaturerespectively;(2)HTandCOincombinationexertefectsonthechangeofratrectaltemperatureasthefol-lowing-(a)synergisticinsuccessivecombinationofCO→HTwhile(b)antagonisticinsuccessivecombina-tionofHT→COorinsimultaneouscombinationofHT+CO.TheefectsontheexpressionofHsp60geneintheinternalorgansofratsappeartobe:(1)althreewaysofcombinationsofhightemperatureandCOper-formantagonisticalyontheamountofHsp60proteininthe5organsofrats;(2)theantagonisticefectsofthethreewaysofcombinationsofhightemperatureandCOontheamountofHsp60proteininratliver、kid-neyandspleenareweakerthanthoseinbrainandheart.
