用茶碱微量法测定吸烟者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群

摘　　要：用茶碱区分Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群的微量方法测定７２名健康男性吸烟者的Ｔ淋巴细胞活性，并以严格配对方式选出７２名健康非吸烟者与之配对研究。所得数据进行配对资料ｔ检验和组间均数ｔ检验方差分析。结果表明：吸烟者外周血总Ｔ淋巴细胞活性及辅助性Ｔ淋巴细胞活性均非常显著低于非吸烟者（Ｐ＜０．００１），各吸烟组总Ｔ淋巴细胞活性和辅助性Ｔ淋巴细胞活性均非常显著低于非吸烟组（Ｐ＜０．００１）；在吸烟者中，总Ｔ淋巴细胞及其亚群的活性在各年龄组间和各吸烟年限组间无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。heauthorsstudiedtheTlymphocyteimmunefunctionofthesmokerswiththemicromethodtosepa-rateTlymphocytesintotwosubgroupswiththeophylineinvitro.72casesofhealthysmokerswereinvesti-gated.72casesofthehealthynon-smokers,usedstrictpairedmethod,wereselectedtocaryonpairedstudies.Forthedataobtained,paireddatattest,interclassmeanttestandanalysisofvarianceweredone.Theresultsshowed:ThetotalTlymphocyteactivityandThelperlymphocyteactivityofthesmokerswerebothverysignificantlylowerthanthatofthenon-smokers(P<0.001).ThetotalTlymphocyteactivityandThelperlymphocyteactivityofthevarioussmokergroupswerealverysignificantlylowerthanthatofthecorrespondingnon-smokinggroups(P<0.01).Inthesmokers,theactivityofthetotalTlymphocytesanditssubgroupsdonothavesignificantdiferences(P>0.05)amongthevariousagegroupsandamongthevarioussmoking-agegroups.
