摘 要:应用JEM-2010高分辨电镜研究了Fe-1.18Cu合金过饱和固溶体的纳米结构。结果表明,过饱和含铜固溶体中分布着大量铜原子的偏聚区,呈圆饼状,直径10-30nm。由类似孪晶的衍射条带构成,富铜条带和贫铜条带明暗相间,其中富铜条带含铜量很高,呈现fcc结构,其(111)fcc晶面与基体铁素体的(110)α晶面存在2-4°位向差。铁素体基体与富铜条带的接壤处以及条带之间形成位错和层错亚结构。在含铜较少的铁素体中,铜原子排列在(001)α晶面上。Microstructure of super saturated solid solution of Fe-1.18% Cu alloy was investigated on a JEOL JEM-2010 transmission electron microscope (TEM). The results shows that there are lots of Cu atom cluster shaped like a cake in the super saturated solid solution, and the diameter of which is about 10-30 nm. It consists of diffractive stripes which is similar to twin crystals, and light Cu-rich stripes of FCC structure alternately are arranged with the faint Cu-poor stripes. High-resolution electron microscopy studies indicate that there are 2°-4° orientation deviation between the (lll)fcc crystal plane and (110)α crystal plane of ferrite matrix. The dislocation and fault dislocation sub-structures on the boundary of Cu-rich stripes and ferrite matrix is observed. Cu atoms distribute at (001)α crystal plane in ferrite matrix.
