摘　　要：多中心观察室上性心律失常３０９例。国产艾司洛尔静脉注射治疗室上性心律失常共２２５例，总有效率为７４．６％，其中４９例随机分组与进口艾司洛尔比较；另３５例随机分层与美托洛尔比较，总有效率相接近。国产艾司洛尔治疗室上性心律失常的疗效确切。窦性心动过速时，艾司洛尔的治疗反应最佳，异位性室上性心律失常中，约１／３病例用药后转复为窦性心律，一般可使心室率减慢。大多数患者对国产艾司洛尔耐受良好，不良反应发生率为６．２％。个别患者出现恶心、胸闷、出汗、心悸。低血压发生率为４．０％。Toevaluatetheantiarrythmiceffectandsafetinessofesmolol,weobserved309pa-tientswithsupraventriculartachyarrthmiafrom8medicalcenters,includingatriafibrilationorflut-ter,paroxysmalsupraventriculartachycardia,automaticatriatachycardia,sinustachycardia(non-compensated,requiredtreatment,ventricularheartrate≥120bpm)andsinustachycardiainthepe-rioperativeperiod(heartrate≥100bpm).Testesmololgroup(QiluPharmaceuticalCo.)included225cases,controledesmololgroup(DUPontPharmaceuticalCo.),49cases,andcontroledmeto-prololgroup,35cases,accordingtothekindofarrythmia,arandomizedparacontroled,single-blindstudywasperformed.Inthetestesmololgroup,74.6%ofthecasesachievedgoodtherapeuticalre-sponse(definedasventricularheartrate<100bpm,or>20%reductionintheaveragebaselineheartrate,orreversiontonormalsinusrhythm).Thetherapeuticresponsewassimilartothatofthetwocontroledgroups.Besttherapeuticresponseexhibitedinthepatientswithsinustachycardia(87.5%).1/3casesofectopicarrythmiareversedtonormalsinusrhythm.Mostofthepatientsinthetestesmololgrouptoleratedwel.Theadversereactionexhibitedin6.2%ofpatientswhore-ceivedtestesmololbeinghypotension(4.0%),nausea,sweeting,palpitation,depressingfeelinginthechest.Theresultsshowedthattheefectofintravenousesmololforthetreatmentofsupraventriculartachyarythymiaisdefiniteandsafe.
