摘　　要：财务预算作为企业管理手段已广为世界接受,但应用于钨矿企业则有不少值得探究改进之处。针对此,提出了钨矿企业改进财务预算模式的具体做法。Although financial budget management has already been accepted widely in the world, there are many problems which is going to be discussed and improved when it is applied to tungsten mines. In the paper, the practice are put forward for improving the financial-budget management of tungsten mines.
